The position leads the development of pull-through execution, internal communication processes and pathways and resource development to internal stakeholders and external customers. This encompasses ensuring Rezdiffra coverage and access is integrated across brand initiatives and is a key consideration in brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Must collaborate closely with Market Access accounts teams and Trade, brand stakeholders, Field Sales and Operations, Business Analytics, Training, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Madrigal Patient Support. This position will also be responsible for supporting training and operational initiatives within Market Access. The Senior Manager, Market Access Execution & Operations role will report to the Director, Payer Marketing & Operations within the Market Access department.

Position Responsibilities: 
 
  • Develop an understanding of the US Payer landscape, NASH disease state, and commercialization strategy.
  • Develop and lead the execution of Rezdiffra pull-through resources for Field Sales and the Internal communication process and pathway across the organization. Maintain coverage trackers in collaboration with Market Access account teams.
  • Communicate Rezdiffra coverage updates across the organization effectively and timely in coordination with other key processes and stakeholders.
  • Support implementation and on-going management of Field Sales customer engagement tool, Access Genius, to communicate Rezdiffra coverage with HCPs.
  • Ensure market access pull-through strategies are aligned with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with Brand on initiatives to drive customer awareness of Rezdiffra coverage through different omni-channels.
  • Develop and usher assets through PRC for various use: digital, print, email etc.
  • Support in the strategic planning process on building recommendations on short and long-term Market Access and brand strategies.
  • Support operational initiatives of the broader Market Access organization including development and oversight of external meeting presence and conference support, internal meeting alignment and preparations, and coordination with Training.
  • Works with and manages key agencies of record and vendors (MMIT, PrecisionXtract, Artia etc.) to deliver systems, training, tools and tactics, including measurement of KPIs.
  • Be an active participant in an engaging, performance-based culture that motivates the team to exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:
 
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited four-year college or university (or the equivalent if education obtained outside of the United States)
  • Minimum 8 years business experience in the healthcare, device or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • 2 or more years of experience working within Market Access executing pull-through initiatives preferred
  • Knowledge of US Payer and Access landscape
  • Solid track record of driving Market Access pull-through initiatives within an organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate, partner cross-functionally & lead without authority
  • Excellent planning and strategy development while executing against tight timelines
  • High emotional intelligence and agility in managing multiple business initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Budget management

  • *Travel is up to 10%* 

Compensation:

Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
